You must notify gopk promptly of any changes to your personal details including your name, address, or contact information. gopk reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
You may request closure of your gopk Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining Balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. Accounts subject to open bets or pending bonus conditions may not be immediately closed.

All funds in your gopk Account are held in segregated accounts separate from gopk's operational funds. Your PKR balance is protected in accordance with the player fund security requirements of gopk's international gaming license.
You must not use the gopk Platform for any transaction that is unlawful, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms. All bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be utilised within the time period stated in the applicable promotion. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the stated period will be automatically forfeited without further notice.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and market choices before confirmation. gopk will not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed bets except where a clear manifest error has occurred.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, event description errors, or system malfunctions — gopk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players' Accounts. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and palpable mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as such. gopk's determination of manifest error is final.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all gopk betting markets. These limits may vary by market, event type, and individual Account status. gopk reserves the right to adjust bet limits for any Player at any time without prior notice, in accordance with its risk management policies.
